Job kabhi bhi cancel ki ja sakti hai — charges is baat par depend karte hain ki worker kis stage tak pahuncha hai.

Customer cancellation
- Worker assign hone se pehle: free cancellation, poora online amount refund.
- Worker assign ho gaya lekin nikla nahi: free cancellation.
- Worker raste mein hai (On the way): platform fee deduct ho sakti hai.
- Worker pahunch gaya / inspection ho gayi: visit fee ya platform fee non-refundable.
- Kaam shuru hone ke baad: completed portion ka payment dena hoga.
Worker cancellation
- Worker bina valid reason cancel kare to customer ko full refund milta hai.
- Job dobara nearby workers ko bhej di jati hai taaki turant replacement mile.
- Baar-baar cancel karne wale workers ka reliability score girta hai aur account suspend ho sakta hai.

- Job detail page kholein → “Cancel job” par tap karein → reason select karein.

Refund
Cancellation ke baad refund kaise aur kitne din mein aata hai, ye Refund Policy mein diya gaya hai.
