NearbyWorker ek marketplace hai jo customers aur independent workers/contractors ko connect karta hai. Kaam khud worker karta hai — hum service provider nahi, facilitator hain.

• Sahi naam, phone number aur details dena zaroori hai.
• Ek hi vyakti ke multiple fake accounts allowed nahi.
• Account misuse, fraud ya spam par account suspend ya delete kiya ja sakta hai.

• Customer kaam post karta hai; workers apna rate khud quote karte hain.
• Kuch categories mein pehle inspection/visit hoti hai, uske baad final price ka change request bheja jata hai.
• Quote accept karne ke baad dono party ko agreed scope aur price follow karna hoga.

Platform fee (commission) worker ke quote ke upar add hoti hai aur customer online pay karta hai. Worker ka amount cash/UPI ya platform ke through settle hota hai. Details Payment & Platform Fee page par hain.

• Off-platform payment le kar platform fee bypass karna prohibited hai.
• Abusive behaviour, fake reviews, illegal kaam allowed nahi.
• Masked contact system ko bypass karne ki koshish par action liya jayega.

Cancellation aur refund ke rules Cancellation Policy aur Refund Policy mein diye gaye hain.

Kaam ki quality, timing aur damage ki zimmedari primarily worker ki hai. NearbyWorker disputes mein madad karta hai aur zaroorat par payment hold/refund kar sakta hai, lekin indirect ya consequential losses ke liye liable nahi hai.

In terms par Indian law lagu hoga aur jurisdiction Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab ki courts ke paas hoga.
